Step 1 - Initial Consultation

Step 2- Budget Consultation

We will cover the following in the Budget Consultation stage:

To understand your budget.
Provide Budget Breakdown for needs and wants to ensure we meet budgetary constraints.
Working in conjunction to ensure design does not go over budget and is what you need.
Recommendations to clients and realtors if property is feasible for your needs.

Step 3 - Zoning, Permits, CSA and ESA Approval

We can provide Feasibility Reports for Commercial and Residential developments. Feasibility reports includes: zoning changes, building size, quantity of buildings, civil work, and road infrastructures.

Step 4 - Provide Engineering drawings for permit applications

CSA and ESA certification for Local to Overseas Fabrication

Step 5 - Project Approval

All Drawings, permits, material selections, and timelines selected to fit the budget.

Step 6 - Turnkey Construction

We handle everything from permit applications to construction. We also keep you in the loop for what to expect.

Simeon and Daniel are excellent GCs to work with. They're responsive, open to suggestions and pay promptly when jobs are completed. I would not hesitate to refer Daniel and Simeon as GCs to other homeowners for their home renovation projects.

I used Honest Tradesmen to install pot lights with new and existing wiring in my condo ceiling, and towel heaters and extra electrical outlets. Everything was great. From the initial communication, quote, scheduling with Symeon Ng, everything was prompt and clear. On the actual installation day, the electrician, Alex, showed up on time, well prepared. Alex went over the steps and measurement with me, made sure that I understood all the procedures before the team started. The installation was great and they even cleaned up my floor nicely after the work was finished. Symeon Ng visited my condo after and made sure everything was done to perfection. They were very friendly and even coordinated perfectly with condo management/security. Every time I called Symeon, he would pick up instantly or will message me that he is busy and will call back later.I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs electrical work done to their condo.

We just completed a full 2 storey renovation with Honest Tradesmen and couldn't be happier with the result. Simeon, Daniel and their team were an absolute pleasure to work with and made the process seamless and stress free from beginning to end.
